About the Pattern

Dating back to 1976, the Finnish designer Timo Sarpaneva was inspired by the round, smooth pebbles found along the coast of Finland when creating the Suomi White Dinnerware Collection. Suomi, Finnish for Finland, is the epitome of the purism and simplicity of Scandinavian design.
