Everyday Entertaining Insurance™ William Ashley will replace any chipped or broken dinnerware and stemware purchased from your William Ashley Wedding Registry at 50% off the current ‘National Suggested Retail Price’ or ‘Comparable Regular Value’ for a period of three years following your wedding date or date of receipt of merchandise. Return any damaged items in person to our 55 Bloor Street or Square One locations with your William Ashley Insurance Card. If the specific crystal or dinnerware you are returning has been discontinued, William Ashley will substitute a replacement of the same value at William Ashley’s discretion. This insurance is redeemable for replacement merchandise only and is non-transferable towards any product(s) other than the returned dinnerware or stemware item(s). This service applies to the registrant(s) only and covers only those dinnerware and stemware items purchased from the registry including any additional items selected by the couple at time of Summary. All couples registered at William Ashley whose wedding date is after July 14th, 2006 will qualify for William Ashley’s ‘Everyday Entertaining Insurance™’. William Ashley might need further information to verify any claim relating to this insurance service (e.g. confirmation of wedding ). All gourmet and giftware items as well as flatware are excluded from this insurance coverage. In the event of a discrepancy, William Ashley’s decision will be final. E. & O. E. |
